> This exit (from the car park from Strange Bandit/offices) onto Roydvale Ave is exceptionally dangerous due to parking on Roydvale Ave. Visibility for both left & right turns is too limited for the speed of the road - traffic is at 50 km/h at this point. Road has become much busier due to increase in business development. Removing 2-3 parking spaces in either direction would solve the problem. There will be a terrible accident at this spot if drivers pull out without being able to see.
