# Fallen Tree, King George V Reserve 301 Centaurus Road, Hillsborough, Christchurch 8022, New Zealand

> This is obviously already in your system. Query - would it be possible for the contractor to come and simply cut the logs up into manageable rounds, making them available for public cartage? With fallen trees/limbs a common occurrence across the city’s parks, I imagine this would equate to significant savings for CCC in arborist fees (no requirement for chipping and cartage) and provide a firewood resource for the public.
