> I am writing about the recent resealing of the Tennyson St cycleway. The work is being done by Higgins, by the look of it and is almost complete. The new surface, especially on the north side of the street is certainly not smooth and in fact generally a lot less smooth than the old surface (barring tree root cracks and areas previously repaired). Apologies if the work is not yet completed and still requires a final finishing off to make the surface level. I just wanted to make you aware.
