> Christchurch traffic signals need reviewing. Why do so many intersections hold drivers at a red arrow when they could safety turn if it was a solid green? Linwood Ave, Fitzgerald ave, Brougham St... I see this problem over and over. No oncoming traffic but driver has to wait.
