> Seems the footpath re-surfacing crew have forgotten to come back to this part of the footpath on Rayburn Ave, Papanui. About 15m of gravel still open - with two restrooms near, and a number of elderly in walkers and assisted in wheelchairs, this has created a physical barrier for them, impossible to get around safely. Has been this way for 2-3months.
