> Hello. There is a blank section next to my property (unsure who owns) there a very very large tree causing a lot of damage to our property. It is breaking the fence a lot now, it's blocking gutters, breaking roofing with the weight of leafs that come off it. The mess I have to clean off cars garage house etc it's non stop and now it's causing too much damage its out of control it really really needs to be cut down. Also very scary for my kids in big winds and the section is coming unsafe for dog
