> Merivale Lane (Papanui to Winchester) was resealed on/about Jan 2024 under contract CN4218. Since then it has constantly unravelled leaving bald spots of unprotected bitumen and causing stones caked in bitumen to be tracked up driveways on car wheels and then walked into houses. Are you aware of the extent of the problem? Over the last 18m this has caused significant distress and cost to many residents (to clean the chip from their properties). Is anything proposed to remedy this?
