> 30kmh speed limit signs have been left in place on Alvaston and a sign stating that Alvaston is closed to Halswell Junction is also in place. Seems to have been left from work yesterday. Gear has also been left stacked on the roundabouts and centre islands unnecessarily. There is also a centreline of cones in place for a long length of halswell junction road although work seems to be in patches sporadically along halswell junction. It does not seem to be kept to a minimum at all.
