> Waiwetu Reserve. We pick up rubbish here for several years since rubbish bin was removed. When we ask for it to be replaced, we are told that there have been fewer rubbish complaints for the park. This is because neighbours have been taking up the slack. Our reward is to be ignored and for vandals to be encouraged to rip up the Reserve. Absolutely no answer to previous Snap Send Solve about non-removal of tree stump encouraging vandalism.
