> Hi there, Sorry, i wasn't sure which section to put this under. Neighbours have been dumping their greenwaste next to the river, presumably to stop people parking there. This is the third time they have done it, it keeps being cleared up. This time there is a very clearly freshly cut tree, which they have arranged the branches of on the other side of the road to stop people parking. It's not only illegal dumping of greenwaste but disrespectful of the public space. What can be done about this?
