> Hi there, This individual decided to park across the entrance way to the English Park car park which will shortly be used by 400 parents - this is a major safety concern as the driveway is barely wide enough for two vehicles as it is. Can you please advise next steps - I assume you will be able to issue some kind of parking notice to the owner of the set of plates in view. Thanks Barbara Chapman
