> Trees rated grade 2 and 3 are being removed as part of the waterway project in South Hagley park. My question is as part of this project is the timber from these trees being utilised as timber to reduce the amount of carbon being released by mulching the timber. Is there a process in place to manage the timber from these trees that will benefit the people of Christchurch and is this policy available for review?
