> I have just repaired this broken rotten fence at my property at 33 Rosedale Place (see before and after photos). This fence is on the boundary adjoining council land (walkway). I have provided the labour and used my own paint and purchased the other materials (new pickets, undercoat, screws, fence roller kit) and I am seeking reimbursement for half the cost of the purchased materials. The total cost of the purchased materials was $249.80 (1/2 share $124.90).
