> Morena.Is it possible to find out why this area opposite the Barrys bay dump has been chained off?Previously arborists used to leave wood chip&locals used for plantings,eg natives.we are unsure how this decision to chain this off is environmentally beneficial if it is making it harder for locals to do native replanting in area.Particularly if general rubbish dumping wasnt an issue.its unclear what ccc are intending to do with this area.staff at the dump have said theyd look after a key if needed
