> Green waste bins left out from Fridays NON COLLECTION for Trafford St. (NO show collection) # resulting, The Smell of ROTTING FISH IS EXTREMELY FOUL. And it is blowing down the street into my house and neighboring properties. TAs FISH AND CHIP SHOP needs to up grade their waste management from using a domestic green waste bin to a commercial grade environmental bin. Other wise this situation will continue.
