> Onawe flat road. This dog often off lead along this road . A bit before this photo dog was on left side of road when owner on right (ie not always walking so close as this photo). I politely reminder owner it’s a road therefore an on lead dog area and her reply was “that’s not going to happen” and got angry at me.
