> Hi, this is second time I logged exact same case. Last claim was logged back in Feb, which was about a month after the job had been done. So technically footpath had been like this for last 3 months. I’m not sure if you guys think it’s unimportant or you are waiting for kids or anyone to walk through it and hurt themselves before you would sent someone out!? I’ve seen few kids ride their paddle bike or bike through in the raining days when it gets muddy. Looking forward to hearing from you asap
