> Sewer is blocked outside boundary. We able to water blast until large depression. Opened manhole in street and confirmed the blockage on the owners connection. Fire hydrant is leaking, causing ground compaction as per photo. Could not get clear.footage as line is backed up. Urgent Remediation required.
