# Rubbish and Bins - General, 83 Brighton Mall, New Brighton, Christchurch 8061, New Zealand

> Dooooo your joooooob. 12 yrs here and y'all think seagull proof bins are valid after years of trials then never for our mall space that has the biggest throuput. Y'all change bins at weird times and the bins have no bottom so bags fall through so the black back gulls rip out the bottom once the market is over. It's not an oversight it's blatant neglect.
