> Was cleared of weeds and overgrown shrubs recently but flax leaves and cuttings were left in between shrubs and with recent winds they end up all over the path again. the walkway is between Te Repo and Whitford roads and well used by the community. Just seems a very shoddy job if rate payers are funding this.
