> Since New Year there has been water standing in the gutters between Eversleigh St and Holly Road on Caledonian Rd - for about 50 metres outside Calibre apartments, 105 and 107. It has been there so long there is a thick layer of algae growing on it. It appears to drain very slowly on the other side of Holly Road into a drain under the road, but there must be a broken pipe feeding it, as we have had no rain.
