> There is van, Harrison Smith Electrical Contractors van, registration plate MJP874, that has been parked on yellow lines for several weeks. They park there every day and it makes it difficult for people to get in and out of the driveway opposite them. It also adds to the congestion, particularly during peak hours, because only one vehicle can pass where he’s parked. They clearly have no intention of moving until someone enforces the yellow line. Thanks.
