> The fence beside the shared path near Papanui High School is dangerous. I’m assuming there are plans to replace it, but at the moment needs to be made safe. If a rider of a bike or e-scooter was run off the path and hit the exposed corrugated iron they could get cut badly. Similarly if they were to catch the exposed bolt that could also cause a nasty injury. Please can you pass on to the appropriate party to address this if it is not CCC responsibility.
