> Hi there, I was wondering if you could try work out why our bin isn’t being completely emptied? We have had this issue with our red rubbish bin now twice that it’s not being fully emptied. The first time I think it was too compact at the bottom so it got stuck so I understand that. Last night we made sure it was loose rubbish all the way through the bin and yet it’s only been emptied slightly. This house is new to us so I wondered also when our bins would be tagged in the survey you are doing? Thanks!
