> My mother's green wheelie bin has a broken lid, it's the small bin. We went onto the CCC website, signed in and placed a request on the 26th of March to get the lid replaced. And were informed to leave the bin out until 6pm on bin day for the replacement to arrive. It hasn't happened yet, and unfortunately we haven't received any follow up emails letting her know when this will happen.
