> Building site at 164 Soleares Ave. No effective containment of soil and clay residue to stop it running to stormwater and estuary. Most of the site is a "disturbed area" and sloped. It meets CCC's criteria for "a higher level of assessment and inspection". The attached photograph shows that no effective effort has been made to mitigate issues. CCC have been advised, but this site has been in a terrible state for months, with no visible effective effort over that period to control runoff.
