> DEAR SIR/MA’AM: Good Day, I am Jenart Montano, a Foreign student that resides here in Christchurch. I am sending you an email regarding with my Offense Ticket that I received last 16/02/2019 at 8:47AM, with the offense : “Current License Label not affixed in prescribe manner”. My car is a 2006 Suzuki Sx4, type:. Station Wagon. Plate number:JEP641 (offence ticket notice number: 5727111) To explain myself, I am a new driver here in new zealand with a foreign license. I am not yet fully aware of the driving and parking rules. What happened was, my license label was just at the back of my registration tab. With all honesty, I can prove that my car is registered in a legal manner. I am appealing to your good office to please reconsider my case. As a foreign student with a Limited working hours and bills to pay, a $200 fine is a big burden to me. I hope that you please mitigate the fee requirement. I humbly apologize for the trouble I caused and from now on, I promise to learn and follow all the road and driving rules of New Zealand.
