> The new owners of the old Glenmoor School grounds are in the process of cleaning up the field. However, the person they hired decided that it was appropriate to dump dry grass against the fence line of my property, piled high such that the overflow actually blows over the fence and into my property. They did similar dumping of the dry grass along the fence line by the preschool in the far corner of the old school property. This is a fire hazard, and unacceptable.
