> Flooding due to leaves blocking the pipes at the 3 grayed on corner of holly and papanui rds. Also grate at bus stop. Clear above and below. Cause could be Cotswold hotel gardener has in past blown leaves from massive tree into the gutters. Also may be sediment from works there on sewer line
