> The lowest gutter along Little Oaks Drive is not draining into the park. I can fit a whole broom stick down to try and clear it, but it didn't help. It's blocked up somewhere deeper and will need more than a poke around with a broom stick. It's not blocked on top. There are a few other nearby street that aren't draining properly.
