> Hi there - the gutter on Evans Pass Road, above Upper Sumnervale Drive is blocked with pine needles and other debris and is also covering the stormwater grate. It's not dire, but does need attention. This stretch of gutter, from the 50 sign down, needs frequent cleaning to remain clear. Can it be logged as a regular maintenance job for CCC? Thanks, Glen
