> The water gully on the council reserve has a bit of concrete broken off the water catchment and therefore water is also gushing down the side of our property instead of following the gulley, causing some of the flooding on our property to be exponentially worse. We are wanting the council to ensure the gully is sufficiently catching all the water and not allowing some of it to make a river through our property
