> Leaves are blocking the gutter in the channel opposite the Avon river. This part of the river has been breaching. It would be good to have the grates cleared if it breaches which would save a lot of trouble. Also a serious suggestion to feed back to management: With more flash flooding likely in the future, if the grates are marked in some way, residents could clear them saving the Ccc the work. Marking would need to be situated somewhere still visible if grates are covered with water/debris
