> Leaves are blocking the channel. This is near the part of the Avon river which has been on the point of breaching. Also a serious suggestion to feed back to management: With more flash flooding likely in the future, if the grates are marked in some way, residents could clear them saving the Ccc the work. Marking would need to be situated somewhere still visible if grates are covered with water/debris. I could not see where the blockages were.
