> Has sediment from construction gone down the sump into tanks below? Could it be worse than key lack of sediment management and actually have been pumped down the sump when clearing water out of the pile holes. Can council compliance check this please? I talked to Yvonne the engineer at the council and she advised me to register the issue this way.
