# Roading/Streets, 511, Durham Street North, Saint Albans, 8014, Canterbury

Saint Albans, Christchurch · filed 19 February 2019 · report 627633

> Just arrived home to find these notices alerting to the early morning concrete pouring which will no doubt be noisy and sleep disrupting as it was the last time they did this / my issue is why can’t this work be carried out in normal trade business hours? Who permits this? 0500 in a residential area is not convivial and I would like to understand why this is allowed??
