> 77 and 75 Tomes Rd. Water pooling and not draining. Two causes 1) lowest point in road 2) when 75 Tomes Rd was rebuilt post earthquakes drive and sump were moved. Water now has nowhere to go. Has been an issues for some years. Big issue when freezes as right by school drop off and gets very slippery and icy.
