> Hello, my hot water cylinder has a slow leak I tried to fix today and I wanted to turn off the water at the road. However, the tap that appears to be for my house is buried in mid and the box it's contained in is broken. I tried to uncover enough but the broken plastic is jammed hard against it. The box needs to be replaced so it's functional
