> This entire section of Dyers Rd from the dump, to Bridge Street is covered with rubbish, on both sides of the road. Some of this encroaches the cycle lane, including broken glass, loose bolts. This is very dangerous for cyclists who need to suddenly swerve. The rubbish can easily blow into waterways. This section of road need regular and constant rubbish clearing.
