> I submitted a snap a week or so ago about excess stones on Glendevere Terrace. Looking more closely at the issue, there is also a fault with the new tar that Higgins have laid. It is has not hardened after 6 weeks and is still bleeding badly despite the cold weather. I picked these stones off my tyres and garage floor this morning. Can we please have remedied asap. May need someone other than Higgins to inspect as the road may need resealing.
