> The gutter along Whisby Road, between Dyers Pass Road & Macmillan Ave, has numerous cracks and holes along its length. Water is going into the ground instead of along the gutter. Water is now being forced out of the sealed trench in the middle of Macmillan Ave below the gutter. A similar issue, from a toby water leak, was the cause of a significant amount of water coming out of the ground at 22 Macmillan Ave. If the gutter is repaired so it doesn't leak water, I expect less water issues at #22.
