> I think our water connection box cover surround is broken. The cover keeps falling into the hole and the other day, someone was trying to post us a letter and stood on it. Their foot went down into a relatively deep puddle of water that is forming in the hole and they hurt their ankle. We’ve tried refitting the cover, but it comes off again and falls back into the hole. I’m referring to the water Toby cover in front of the 30a/30b post boxes in Aylmer Street.
