> A car had driven onto the grass in the red zone right up to the fungi farm in Richmond Community Garden by Avebury House, they had their hood and all the doors open looking like they were moving in. They had a dog with them who was uncollared and had to be held onto so as not to come for our dog. They had driven through the new carpark by Avebury House, this carpark has no bollards to stop people driving all around the red zone and this needs to be fixed.
