> Something isn’t working right with the drainage system from Gould Crescent - there isn’t much of a flow of water making its way from the sump to the outlet; I lifted up the flap and the flow barely increased, despite having over 500mm of head behind it. This is leading to flooding on the street just from the water not getting out, even when the river is down. Photos are from the rainfall event last week, taken with an in-coming tide, which had not quite reached the bottom of the flap valve.
