> With rainfall the street gutters overflow, making it hard for some vehicles to cross the flooding (coming out of or going into 4 Kotzikas Place). Also very hard to operate the gates of the premises (nowhere dry to walk to open/shut them) which impacts security of business premises. Unsure what is the cause of the excessive flooding.
