> Hi, there, I just purchased a house and moved in. There is a maple tree in my front yard, and its branches have grown over the fence and are close to the power lines. Could you please advise who is responsible for pruning in this situation? I’m worried the branches might affect power supply in winter, and I’m unsure if a contractor I hire would be qualified to work near power lines. If it’s my responsibility, could you recommend an approved contractor? Thanks!
