> My neighbour from 12 Sumner Road Lyttelton kept coming onto our property on 14 Sumner Road yesterday to work on the fence. He had not asked for permission to be on our property and left the gate open - creating a safety/security issue for our two dogs who are outside. This weekend, while working on the property, he also repeatedly blocked the footpath with wood. He also had traffic cones on the street, where our parking spaces are.
