> Storm water drain choked with leaves and rubbish. Completely blocked so drain floods with rain and as it is at the bottom of Dyers Pass hill the water flow can be considerable. There is a covered length of drain that will require a road vacuum to clear it. One of the grates that usually covers part of this drain has become damaged- cause unknown- and has sharp metal sticking up such that we have had to move it from where we reverse our car as it would likely rip open our tyres. This will need fixing so that it can be put back over drain.
