> Every day this vehicle drives over the traffic calming berm to park, as opposed To driving on the road. It is damaging the street berm (see photos) & the root system of the large street tree. I'm concerned about ongoing damage to tree & berm. He also parks on the road over the yellow lines, but leaves cover the lines. Suggest timber bollards on edge of berm?
