> Gutter outside our house is flooded 100% of the time, even during summer and long periods of sunny days. When there has been rain it floods even worse, up onto our driveway. Causes a big mess, and is incredibly frustrating. We have lived here for one year now, and have never not had water flooding there. Further complicated by large old tree dropping leaves and blocking drains.
